Apothic Cocktails

Dark Blackberry Cobbler

  • 2 oz Apothic Dark
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • Top with Club Soda (about 2 oz.)
  • Blackberries, for garnish

Cocktail Notes:

Blackberry, Blueberry, Citrus

Directions:

Combine the first four ingredients in a glass filled with ice, top with club soda and garnish with blackberries.

Red Moon Over Manhattan

  • 2 ounces Apothic Red
  • 1/2 ounce Bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 large round ice sphere
  • Orange Peel
  • 3 Maraschino Cherries

Cocktail Notes:

Cherry, citrus, vanilla, spice

Directions:

Shake all of the ingredients with ice for 20 seconds. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the glass. Add the ice sphere to the glass and strain the cocktail over the sphere. Scoop one cherry to place inside the drink and add two more on a twig or cocktail stirrer to garnish the glass.

White Ginger (serves 2)

  • 1 cup Apothic White
  • 1 1/4 ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Pisco
  • 1 ounce ginger simple syrup (recipe below)

Cocktail Notes:

Refreshing lemon, light florals, subtle ginger

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain over a glass filled with ice.

Ginger Simple Syrup Recipe

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped ginger

Directions:

Bring water and sugar to a boil for a few minutes, then add in the ginger. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let the ginger infuse the syrup for about 20 minutes. Strain the syrup through a sieve to remove the ginger.
