Antipasto Skewers

INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

• 1/2 cup provolone cheese, cubed

• 1/2 cup green olives

• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

• 4 oz cured meat (salami, prosciutto, or pepperoni), cut into bite-sized pieces

• Wooden skewers

• 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Directions

1. Thread the mozzarella, provolone, olives, cherry tomatoes, and cured meat onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.

2. Arrange the skewers on a platter.

3. Pour Italian dressing into a small bowl for dipping.

4. Serve the skewers with the dressing on the side for dipping.
