Tomato Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

• 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices

• 4 medium tomatoes, diced

• 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 1/4 cup olive oil (for toasting bread)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

3. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.

4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
