DARK TEMPEST COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
1½ parts Apothic Dark
1½ parts Dark Aged Rum
½ part lime juice
¼ part simple syrup
1 dash aromatic bitters
2 parts Ginger beer
Lime wedge and thin strips of ginger for garnish
Ice
DIRECTIONS:
1.) In a shaker, combine ice, Apothic Dark wine, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, bitters and shake it up.
2.) Pour into glass and top with ginger beer to taste.
3.) Garnish with a peel of ginger and a lime wedge.
